It’s July 4th weekend, even though it is June 30! Dave and I, along with some friends, are headed for an Aerosmith Concert tonight in Albany and will be back vvveeeeerrrrrrryyyyyyy late. So in order to serve our guests a wonderful breakfast while bleary-eyed, we did some pre-prep.
The table in the dining room is set, the menu decided, and the muffins made. The menu? Fresh blueberries with a dollop of vanilla yogurt, butterscotch-chip muffins, Dave’s world-famous French Toast, and a side of ham. Coffee or tea. Choice of juice. Hmm, what do I have? Apple, Orange-tangerine, and Cran-Raspberry, I believe. And pure local maple syrup, of course.
